Art in the public space Exploration conference

With Dorothée Duvivier, Curator at the BPS22

Since the early 20th century, several artists have left institutional locations behind to immerse themselves in real life. This led to novel artistic practices and forms and to another relation to the work, the audience, the art market, etc. This conference proves an ideal opportunity to discover other forms of artistic interventions in urban landscapes and to ask the many question posed by such practices (stakes, territories, legitimacy, etc.).
