What techniques for printed images? Exploration conference

  • Conference
  • date:
  • 24.02.2018

With Dorothée Duvivier, Curator at the BPS22

Lithograph, xylography, silk-screening, photoengraving, monotype, dark matter, etchings, aquatint, soft varnish, chisel... Although printed images are now increasingly popular, it is often difficult to differentiate the techniques used. From the traditional etching to new technologies and out-of-standard, sometimes frankly bizarre intents, come and discover, understand and learn to recognise the various engraving techniques.
