COVID-19 prevention measures

COMPULSORY COVID SAFE TICKET (CST)

If you are a visitor over the age of 16, as from Tuesday, 2 November 2021, you must present your identity card and your CST to the reception staff at the Museum. This is to check the visitor’s identity and ensure the CST is valid by scanning the CovidScan app QR code.

What safety measures should you take during your visit?

  • Since 20 November 2021, wearing a mask is once again compulsory in enclosed spaces from the age of 6.
  • The use of hydroalcoholic gel is mandatory at the entrance of the museum.
  • You can move freely around the Museum; there is no set route of travel. We have, however, suggested a route to see the exhibition in the best way possible.
  • The museum is ventilated and cleaned on a regular basis, with special attention paid to toilet facilities and all contact surfaces.
  • Online reservation beforehand is always recommended. Visiting the Museum without a reservation is possible, however entry may be refused if the maximum number of visitors in the Museum has been reached.

SPECIFIC MEASURES FOR SCHOOLS, ASSOCIATIONS and GROUPS

School activities are authorized again since January the 10th.

We do not ask educational groups (nursery, primary, secondary, university, academy and art colleges) or associations (youth clubs and leisure activity associations) and their supervisory staff for a CST. However, visitors over the age of 6 who belong to these categories must wear a mask and stay with their group.

Groups that do not belong to these categories must still present a CST and an identity card, and wear a mask.

If you would like more information or details about rules for visitors, please contact us on +32 71 27 29 71 or by email at email hidden; JavaScript is required.
