Access and personalised tours
The BPS22 is open to all. With regard to access, we strive to offer targeted programmes and an infrastructure accessible to all.
The BPS22 team offers individual personalised tours for all visitors with a disability, of any age. Multi-sensory, self-guided or signed tours. The Museum is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
- NB: Because of the roadworks, BPS22 is only accessible from the rue Clément Lyon. Unfortunately, our PRM access ramp located in the rue Lebeau is not in use at the moment. Please feel free to call the reception team on +32 71 27 29 71 to assist you in reaching the exhibitions from the office entrance situated at the junction of the rue du Mambourg and the rue Clément Lyon.
The entire Museum is accessible to wheelchair users.
Guide dogs are allowed within the BPS22.
The Museum has automatic lockers where coats and rucksacks can be stored.
Toilets and baby-changing facilities
The toilets are on the ground floor and are equipped with baby-changing facilities.
