Albedo

From 7 June to 31 August 2025, BPS22 will be showcasing the work of artist Hervé Charles. Be among the first to see this new exhibition when it opens on 6 February, from 7:00 p.m.

Since his early work in the 1990s, Hervé Charles (born 1965, Nivelles) has focused on the terrestrial environment and its trans­for­ma­tions, while remaining sensitive to questions concerning his medium, photography, and the challenges of image production. Filling the entire BPS22, the exhibition Albedo places the research under­pin­ning the artist’s practice in dialogue with his earlier works, high­light­ing both the coherence of his attentive gaze on the state of the Earth and the repeated precision of his visual formulations.
