With over 8,000 works, ranging from the end of the 19^th century to the beginning of the 21^st, from painting to video or performance, instal­la­tion or tapestry, as well as a significant archive, the collection of the Province of Hainaut is on deposit at the BPS22. BPS22 also has its own collection. Today, those collections are open to artists from Hainaut as well as those with a national or inter­na­tion­al reputation, even if the core is made up of works by artists who are ​“rooted” in the Province.
